[SOLVED] Why is my pc getting worse??

HI!

My cpu is boosted to 4.7 Ghz with nzxt kraken x62 cooling.
So i did the 3DMark benchmark Time Spy DirectX 12 benchmark for gaming PCs about year ago and i got 9500+ score right was happy about it then a week ago i reinstalled windows and did the same test cuz i feelt like pc got worse and i got 7000 as a result. I have no idea why can somebody explain plez. And another thing wanted to put windows on my M.2 nvme 500g hardrive and it didnt work i started pc with only that hard drive, converted it to gpt from mbr still didnt work.....

perhaps some of the latest patches are in to fix the Spectre and meltdown CPU vulnerability.
These can have a big hit on performance of Intel CPU.
