I recently bought a PC that has 2 TB and 8 GB of RAM. When i began to play some video games they were laggy so i decided to buy more RAM but that did not help. Now i think it might be my graphics card. I also think it might be my processor that is messing my computer up but im not sure. Can someone help me please!? :??:

AMD A8-Series Processor (3.5 GHz)
12 GB of RAM
AMD Radeon HD 8570D Graphics

The actual computer is the: HP - Pavilion Desktop - AMD A8-Series - 8GB Memory - 2TB Hard Drive

Its DDR3 SDRAM and i play in 1440x900 resolution, and i was trying games like Ascend: Hand of Kul and Left For Dead 2

ddr3 ram tells me nothing.............. what ddr3?

LFD2 is a cpu intensive game vs gpu intensive.

you purchased what ram and what ram was in it?................ they have labels on them.......... they also have voltages on them and numbers on them.

hp should be shot for putting 1333 on an apu........... cheap cheesy buzzards.

what a8 processor?

Um it says the processor is the A8-6500 Accelerated Processor and this was the RAM i bought: http://

you're going to have to make adjustments in the games control panel ( settings ) and you should try playing at 1300 res ( 720p ).

you didn't mention what games or what resolution.

an apu lives for faster ram where speed really does matter. 1866 or 2133 is mandatory for an apu.

your next step is a discreet graphics card .............. and that will depend on your budget and what power supply you have............ also an unknown.
