[SOLVED] Why is my pc using so much wifi data in background?

It's been 3 days since i have noticed it. One day my internet was working really slow so i went to task manager and saw that something is using all of my data in background. I couldn't figure out what was wrong so that could kill it from task manager. Please help me with this, its affecting my other tasks.

Look in the network tab of the resource monitor.

I didn't found any use full information other than my network speed

You need to look closer and expand all the tabs. It will show every ip you have a connection to and how much data is being transferred.
