Why is my Pixma 4000 suddenly not printing color inks?

My Pixma 4000 has suddenly stopped printing the color inks. It is not set on grayscale, but is only printing the black #6 ink.

Hi i was just wondering if you found a solution to your problem ?
cuz i've got the same problem with my 2 printers (ip5000 and ip5200)
