[SOLVED] Why is my power usage in my Task Manager 'Very High' when I boot up a game?

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x (6C 12T)
GPU: RTX 3080 10GB
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3600Mhz
PSU: Corsair RM850 80+ Gold Fully Modular 850W
Brand new PC.

Oh sorry I didn't know this I'm a PC noob. Thank you for your help.
One more question:
Would you know why my PC reboots when I launch 1 particular game with EasyAntiCheat Launcher but when I launch the same game with BattleEye Launcher it boots perfect every time and when I boot any other game it boots fine?
My guess is that game has an excessive power spike. I have seen many people reporting power problems with Corsair RM (non X) when running 3080 or 3090’s. From what I read that psu has below average transient response performance which is an issue with these gpu’s power spikes.
