Question Why is my RTX 2070 SUPER Memory Clock at 7000 MHz when it should be at 14000 MHz?

It's likely reporting the actual clock speed it's running at, rather than the transfers per second the spec lists.

The "DDR" in GDDR stands for double data rate, which means it transfers data on both the rising and falling edge of the clock cycle.

so 7000Mhz actualy means 14000Mhz
 
Don't mind the double post but OP already saw my last one

I wanted to add that GDDR5X and GDDR6/X actually has quad data rate and apparently octal data rate modes, despite using the DDR moniker. So the clock speeds may be reported to be even slower.
