Question Why is my Rx 5700 xt under preforming?

I have recently brought a rx 5700xt and I feel like it’s under preforming on fortnite low 1440p I can only get like 220 FPS average and on other game s it choking as well I have looked at I using the software and it only using like 60% of its gpu I don’t have windows installed with product keybut the amd adrenalin drivers are updated.

My pc specs-
Ryzen 7 2700x at normal speed
32gb 2666mhz of Hyperx ram
B450 tomahawk msi
750w cooler master gold
1tb Samsung ssd
Sapphire pulse rx 5700xt
A cooler master case

1)Motherboard drivers are up to date?

2)Did you use Display Driver Uninstaller to completely remove the previous gpu's drivers before installing the new drivers?

3)The 2666mhz kit isn't really helping your situation. 3200mhz would've been better.
