[SOLVED] Why is my RX 5700XT underperforming??

I upgraded from a RX 580 to a RX 5700XT and there is little to no difference. In most games the difference is by 20 frames, but when I see others using it it is around twice the amount of frames the RX 580 gets. My current specks are MOBO: ASROCK B450 Steel Legend. CPU: Ryzen 5 2600. GPU: RX 5700XT. RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3200MHZ. Can someone please help me? It frustrates me that I cannot use my GPU fully. Also, GPU usage is never about 50% neither is the CPU usage. In most demanding games, I get around 60 FPS while some people are playing on 1440p with this GPU and getting 100 frames.

Did you use DDU to uninstall the old graphic driver and then do a clean install of the Radeon driver?

I believe it's always best practice to do a clean uninstall/reinstall.

Using DDU is always a good idea, it rules out corrupted/ bugged drivers.
How are your temps idle and while gaming?

in Post Scriptum (thats the game where it's basically unplayable) my GPU and CPU temps don't go over 60 Celsius ever
