Question Why is my second drive showing a vastly different amount of free space compared to what is stored there?

So, I seem to be missing around 70GB from my 256GB SSD. In windows it shows that I have 132 GB free of 232GB meaning it thinks I've used up 100GB of space.

However, I've only got a couple of games on there and WinDirStat (as well as other tools like Disk Analyzer Personal) show that I've only used 34.4GB of space. So I should have around 200GB of space free.

I would be very grateful if anyone could help me because I am so confused!

Hidden or system files. Enable viewing those and make sure you check the space using an admin account.

In WinDirStat, you have to Run As Administrator.

Ah thank you so much both of you. I had hidden files showing in Windows Explorer but not WinDirStat. It turns out it's all the games downloaded through the Xbox App accumulating to around 60GB.
