[SOLVED] Why is my sites background colour white?

The background colour of all pages of my site [personal site deleted] is cyan blue. With my handy, it is OK andblue! But on my PC it remains white, notwithstanding the inclusion of <body BGCOLOR=#00FFFF.

what your pc spec? using 4bit color?

Hi there, the problem is only with my web site. All other images are perfectly coloured.
