Question Why is my system running so SLOOOOOOOWWW AMD FX-8350 What am I doing wrong.

I have ASUS M5A97 R2 Motherboard and AMD FX-8350 Processor, GTX 1070 Ti.SanDisk Ultra II 500GB ATA Device (SATA (SSD for C Drive. kingston hyperX 4g x 4 ddr3(I just ordered Patriot Viper III 4x8gb 1866MHz). ( I have Corsair CX600M.

It sounds like a small engine is running in there (very noisy)

For some reason, Chrome is like DIAL UP slow. Lightroom glitches when I am editing photos

Download amd overdrive and report back with screenshot of temperature, cause every other program as i tesed reports wrong temperature.
