The Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 1050W Platinum PSU in my PC making clicking noises. Sounds like some switch is going on and off. The sound isn't always there. It usually starts quiet when I boot it afresh and then when I start a CPU/GPU heavy program like Adobe after effect the sound starts up. I also noticed it doesn't always show up, sometimes its quiet when I'm doing something heavy.

How do you suggest I go about solving this issue?

OTher specs- i7 8700, Gigabyte z370N d3h MB, Samsung nvme ssd, 32GB RAM, Titan RTX, Win10.

Thanks

Is this a new development that previously never happened?

When first turned on? One click or multiple?

When shutting down? One click or multiple?

Constantly when in normal operation?

Once in a while in normal operation?

Have you decided it isn't the PSU fan?

Give as much detail as possible.

It's common for some PSUs to have a relay make a click or two on startup, but I'm not aware of that while up and running for a while. Not ruling that out either.
