[SOLVED] Why is my VCore dropping too low ? UPS ?

Hello just noticed in HWInfo that my Vcore is dropping too low when PC is idle. It stays at 0.960 - 1.008V when im browsing/listening to music but it drops to 0.300ish in idle ? Is that normal ?


Processor is Ryzen 5 3600 with disabled Core Boost from Bios.

When i check Core Voltage of the processor itself it shows 0.960 but in Motherboard Vcore sometimes it drops to 0.300 ??? Why ??

Then why in the Processor tab the Core Voltage stays stable 0.960V but in Motherboard one is going up and down ?

Well i have no OC its stock but i don't have any crashes or issues everything is working fine
