Question Why is my Vega 64 only running at 800-1000Mhz in-game?

I ran the heaven benchmark on 1620 on the core and 1100 on the memory and in overwatch I was able to get the same speeds but in fortnite, in the lobby i get 1500-1600Mhz on the core but in an actual game i get 800-1000 with 45-70% util and temp never goes above 54C. Anyone have the same issue or know of a fix? Thanks!

How is the processor load? If the CPU is maxed out the GPU can't push any more frames. So if it can save power. It will run at a lower clock rate.

processor load is at 50% i have an i7 7700 non k i dont know why my vega underclocks so much
