Question Why is my volume level jumping to 100% and returning back to normal quickly on windows 11?

When I play a video, sometimes the volume level jumps up to 100% and returns back to the level I selected before in a split second. It's really annoying for me.
Hardware:
ASUS ROG Strix G17 G712LU
Intel i7-10750H
16GB DDR4 RAM
512GB Intel 660p SSD
Does anyone know a fix for this? I've already run sfc /scannow and the DISM thing and it didn't fix anything.

I would try updating or reinstalling your sound driver files. You could also run the audio troubleshooter in Windows
