I got a PCIe wifi adapter that isn't being recognised in device manager. I have tried checking for hardware updates but still nothing. I am using a tplink Archer T6E PCIe wifi adapter. I have never had any problems with tplink adapters before. Any and all help is appreciated.

Hi @3Noodleman,

From what you have said, it would appear that you have solely relied on device manager to scan for the latest drivers. Try downloading the drivers manually here https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/download/archer-t6e/#Driver

Along side the above, try checking for Windows updates and always reboot following installation.

If it is newly installed, make sure the WiFi card is securely seated in your PCIe slot and that it is compatible with your motherboard.
