Hello! As you can see in the photos below, I am getting speeds nearly 5 times higher on the same 5ghz wifi on my cell phone compared to my desktop computer. At first I thought it must be an issue with the drivers on my wifi card (Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200), so I downloaded the newest drivers from intel. After installing, I tried updating drivers through device manager and it confirmed that the newest drivers are installed, but there was no change. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!

On the desktop: this wireless network adapter?

Do you have extension cables that can be used to move the antenna up and away from the back of the desktop?

Make and model cellphone?

= = = =

And the tests were made with the cell phone next to the desktop - correct?

Where is the desktop's wireless network adapter located? Does it have antenna extensions installed.

Try using USB extension cable to raise the wireless network dongle up and away from the back of the desktop.
