[SOLVED] Why is my WIFI upload speed so slow?

I am currently having problems with my internet connection. I am getting the download speed I paid for but the upload speed is so slow and it plummets to 0.2 Mbps. I don't know if this is a modem or ISP issue and I got the same speedtest result from both my laptop and cellphone.

First thing to test is to use a ethernet cable so you know if it is the wifi or it is the internet itself.

Generally a wifi upload problem means the router is having issues hearing your end device.
