Hi guys, so I'm looking for a new screen with 144hz, and all I see around the internet is people suggesting getting an IPS panel which has a much better colors compare to TN and VA panels.

But from my experience with smartphones, I know that IPS LCD is usually the cheapest screen, and the LED screen is the big winners. then why do people not suggesting getting a LED with VA instead of buying LCD with IPS?

another question is why the OLED technology doesn't exist in the PC screen (22" ~ 30") but does exist in a big TV screen like 55" (+)..?

Thanks

Solution
why there are no exist LED panels or even OLED?
Look at the prices for the OLED televisions that are out there. Are you willing to pay those kinds of prices for a PC monitor? OLED aint cheap to manufacture in large sizes, and it's not going to get much cheaper any time soon.

There is no such thing as an "LED panel" except for these:

I don't know why there are no OLED desktop monitors, you'd have to ask the manufacturers.

OLED still suffers screen burn which makes its less favourable for a monitor where for example the Windows start button is going to sit static for example. I believe there have been a couple reviewed but not sure if they made it to market.
This is a possible concern but I don't think it's the primary reason. OLED has been used in some laptops here and there, so I don't think that's a deterrent for manufacturers. Most likely PC monitors are just the last in line, since TVs phones and laptops are all more popular and more profitable. So that's where most OLED integration efforts are focused. Once they've finished with those, desktop monitors will be next.
