Why is OBS not recording the window content in Photoshop correctly?

I'm using OBS Studio and trying to record my editing process within Photoshop. The cursor and layers show fine but canvas itself is blank. I don't know the correct configuration for OBS for this and a bit lost in the complex setttings.

Current settings:

Steam type: streaming services
Service: Twitch
Server: Auto
Stream key: (blank)

Output mode: Simple
Video Bitrate: 2500
Encoder: Software (x264)
Audio Bitrate: 160
Enable Advanced encoder settings: false

Recording quality: same as stream
Recording format: mov
Enable replay buffer: false

Base (canvas) resolution: 1920x1080
Output (scaled) resolution: 1280x720
Downscale filter: Bicubic (sharpened scaling, 16 samples)
Common FPS values: 30
