[SOLVED] Why is one of my fans spinning while the other one is resting after playing Rainbow 6?

When I launched Rainbow 6 and played a few matches, I quit the game and looked at my graphics card. After a good 5 to 10 minutes of rest, I noticed the left fan was spinning while the right one was at rest. I launched Rainbow 6 again played a few matches then I quite it, I waited 5 minutes and I still saw the left fan spinning.

I have an Inno3d 1080ti and I have had it for around 9-10 months. I haven't really noticed this before while playing other games such as rocket league and cs:go

What could be causing this?

Can you check if the right fan start spinning at any point? I know some GPU that has a custom cooler with 3 fan and some of them don't start unless it reach a certain temperatures.
