I think it's a pretty good bargain! But I'm also afraid I'm missing something :|
Anyway, I have seen that the ASRock's is one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest & quality brand) Z75 I've ever seen. Why?
It's like the whole debacle of why is 2500K more expensive than 3570K??

PS.: Please read my question not like I'm screaming but like I'm talking, and it won't seem hyperactive. 😛

Solution
Z75 is the Z77's sister/brother something like that in the little bit of lower side MB. If you don't OC the K-CPU like crazy Then that is good deal for 78,90€, got it.

But still, in here (Portugal) it's almost HALF the price of other Z75, is that really it? just because of a clearance sale? (No offense, I trust you and saw your badge but, that's still a pretty big price difference!)
Is there really nothing tricky about it? I've been with ASRock for a long time, but I've never seen or at least remember this kind of sales :|...
Man my pc is old....

if by refurbished or open box item you mean, NEW, yes it's new definitely. And the price here is of the ASRock Z75 Pro3 is 78,90€, while the cheapest p67 of them is the ASRock P67 Pro Rev. B3 at 83,45€. But that's ASRock, something like gigabyte, a z77 of them is 145,15€... you see what I mean? Makes me worry :|

Thank you dude :)
I know I'm definitely not the only one that wanted to know this, so everyone reading, get that motherboard!
