Question why is the computer shutting down

so ive been helping my friend build their computer and right there are at the windows installation part, right when windows starts downloading about 2 minutes into it just shuts down... a hard shut down. Please help this is starting to really frustrate the both of us

You'll need to list the full system specs for people to help you.

I agree with kurdtnz. Full system specs will help with diagnosing the problem.
With not knowing this I can only assume (which is a bad idea) the cpu may be thermally throttling causing the shutdown during windows installation

Msi z390-a pro mobo
Intel 9700-k
Crosair vengeance lpx 16gb
Cool master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition
evga GeForce gtx 1660 super
as for the memory ill let you know later but its a ssd with 200gb and a 2t hdd

also we were able to install windows onto the ssd but now we are running another problem when it boots up she'll be greeted with a recovery screen with error code 0xc000000f
