Why is the Pentium so cheap and has a amazing clock speed?

Because, dual cores are not sufficient for gaming/application in 2019. They start struggling the moment you run more than one application or high end games.

Intel Pentium G4620 thinking about this one?
-2 cores makes it lacking in heavy gaming.
