Question Why is the USB3.0 Pen Drive works fine on usb2.0 port, but not on usb3.0 port?

I have a weird annoying issue with USB 3.0 Kingston Data Traveller. It does not work on any of my PCs' USB 3.0 ports, but it works fine on USB 2.0 ports. I have 4 PCs, 2 with windows 10 and rest with Ubuntu 20.04. What could be the issue. Is this mean the USB is going bad? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Just a guess but could it be that USB is set to 'Legacy' in BIOS?

I disabled legacy on all of my PCs.
