Question why is there a black and thin red bar in the middle of my screen and how to fix it

i dowloaded the new amd divers for my rx570 and tnow there is this line when i watch a video and i hate it how may i fix this please

Did you try running DDU in safe mode and reinstall the drivers?

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

it doesn't delete anything, just stops non microsoft things loading with startup

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

no i have not tryed any of this but i am thinking it is just opera gx <Mod Edit> me in the <Mod Edit> for not download there update
