[SOLVED] Why is there a whining sound in my earbud when I'm playing extremely low sounds?

I listen to a lot of sleep aid videos at night through my earbuds. Often their volume gets very quiet. I've noticed that when it does, there is a whining sound that comes through in the background. Ive had it happen with two pairs of earbuds and between two phones. Did you check if it was the videos and not your earbuds/ears?

You are using a bit cheaper full wireless bluetooth headphones. Test this with wired headphones.
