Question Why is there currently no 30/40series S GPUs?

So previously we've had GPUs from Nvidia like the 1650super, 1660super, 2060super, 2070super, 2080super etc... yet there are no "super" versions of the 30series or 40series (unless the supers of those series are the Ti's which I doubt since theres also the 1660ti, 2070ti, 2080ti etc...)?
Are "super" GPUs released a lot later after the original release of the series or is "super" an old thing about cards that is being left behind?

Over past years we had GPU shortages and maybe its costing them to much to make these super and there not really selling as good! Also we have 3050-3060-3060ti-3070-3070ti-3080-3080ti-3090-3090ti maybe there no more room for a super in there. If they did make a super see no point in buying it because for few money more you can get a better one

The way i see it, in RTX 40 series' case, there's just no need for a S (or even Ti) version, since 4090 is a beast of a card, delivering a whopping 80% greater performance than its previous generation counterpart (3090):
