Question Why is there no difference in the old and new graphics card I bought?

I recently bought a new graphics card (msi geforce gtx 1650) to replace my old one (Radeon 7950) and I see no difference in running speed.

The performance difference depends on the game, but the GTX 1650 is only around 25-40% faster. That could mean you might only gain around 15-25fps if you were getting 60fps before. What are you actually getting for fps. Do you have before and after numbers for comparison with the HD 7950?

try disabling vsync in nvidia control panel and ingame

A fast video card in a slow machine is still going to be slow.
