I recently finished building a new PC. I started having problems with it when it would shut down immediately after turning in on for a sec. It ended up being my hard drive not being powered correctly. I just fixed the issue, it turns on fine without turning off by itself. Now, it won't even display anything on my monitor. I have it connected to the HDMI port on the video card. I opened it up and noticed that the GPU fans were not spinning. I connected it to the motherboard itself on the I/O panel, but nothing. The video card has no pin connectors to power it up, it's powered through the motherboard. What can I do to fix my problem? This is the new build:
