Why is this game so bad?

Hey guys i've been playing COD Blac KOps III for a loong time but the game look so bad for me and this annoys me FPS drops when i start shooting at enemy... Why game look so bad i have

Nvidia Ge Force GTX 750 Ti
8GB RAM
AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor

I see some other players playing on same spect but have better graphic and more FPS
So can i fix that or why is my game so shit

Call of Duty Black Ops III uses alot more than just the 8GB it recommends. The frame drops you are experiencing are actually stutters from where your game is demanding more RAM than you have installed. The game itself isn't very well ported at all, even with 16GB and a Titan X I come across horrible frame drops at certain times depending on the map. I previously ran a GTX 750Ti on Black Ops 3 a few years back and the only way of really maintaining a consistent frame rate is dropping those settings down.
