i'm having some problems on my old pc, im trying to record minecraft lol but really listen here!
i have these components: i3 2100, HD 7730 1gb ddr3, 12gb 1333MHz, and i think a p8b75-m mobo. untill i reinstalled windows and replaced the hdd, while recording with dxtory i was getting a good 80 fps. now, while recording my fps is bearly 10 -_- . all the same settings, x264 codec, was doing great, but not now.. any help?

Try with action! (or fraps), on my computer happened something similar with dxtory, i was playing at about 20 fps and recording at 5 fps, and i have a good computer (i5 750, gtx 770) so when I started recording with action! all worked perfectly(and keeps), I can record with shaders at 60 fps

You are not very experienced video content creator if you forget to mention one of the most important pieces of your hardware when it comes to recording your gameplay, your Hard Drive.

Are you recording to the same Hard Drive where your system is located at C: ? What is your Hard Drive reading/writing speed?

its a toshiba 500gb and the only drive ive got.

Download, install and use CrystalDiskMark to benchmark your Hard Drive speed. You must have at least 70 MB/s to have stable performance recording at 1080p 30 fps. Also it's highly advisible to have a separate fast Hard Drive just for Gameplay Recordings.
