Whenever I add RAM in more than 1 slot .. and after some use of PC it freezes like this and only way to end this is by shutting it down.

If adding ram is the cause of this issue, it's possible that the stick of ram you're adding is the culprit(or perhaps the slot you're populating it with.

What BIOS version is your motherboard on?

My bios version/date is American Megatrends Inc. 4.6.5 2018/06/29
SMBIOS version:2.7
I've tested both RAM in one of the slot.. both slot are working good.. problem occurs when both are used.
