Why is this Video Card Out of stock everywhere? MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G

But when I check the website it's always out of stock. Is this a good thing or a bad thing. And why is it always out of stock? The 980 is just to much money.

Maybe because a lot of people are wanting to get it or it isn't available yet and can only be preordered. Try a different 970 such as the Gigabyte or ASUS model or buy from a different retailer.

Yeah I was thinking that but my MOBO is an msi and I want matching brand name, also it will look good. Is there a way I can preorder it?

High demand with a limited supply on a new product always results in out of stock status. This is nothing new. It should eventually resolve itself as supply is ramped up.

Pre order and wait or buy the more expensive one from other retailers if you can't wait.

Based on past history it could be a month or two after initial release.

Most stores have the option to order the items even if out of stock, you will just have to wait for them to receive the item first before delivering it to you.
