Yesterday I bought a used 256GB Toshiba NVMe M.2 SSD for $5 that was desambled pulled from a laptop . But I have problem with it, SSD not showing in BIOS niether do in windows. Now I think that it is maybe broken? I am using motherboard Asus Prime x470-pro with ryzen 7 2700x, I dont Know do I have to change Something in BIOS (UEFI) to make it working, I tried to disconect all SATA cables but did not help, before I bought this MEMORY chip storage device I updated bios to last version can that maybe problem? Does anyone had similar experience?

Solution
Which M2 slot did you put it in? I would suggest using the one just below the CPU.
You'll need to install the driver from windows before Disk management will 'see' it.
