Why is Windows Task Manager giving different specs than CPU-Z??

CPU-Z: 12GB, 803.4mhz.
Windows Task Manager: 8GB (Right column 10.0GB "Unknown"), 667mhz.

Why the inconsistency? Am I still fully utilizing all 12GB of ram @ 803.4mhz despite what is showing in WTM? And I'm aware that I lose dual-channel performance by running 3 sticks of 4GB - that's perfectly fine.

Ram:
G. Skill Ripjaws: 1600 | 2x4GB | CL 9,9,9,24 | 1.5v
Crucial Ballistix: 1600 | 1x4GB | CL 9,9,9,24 | 1.5v

Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

Solution
The Unknown might be the actual stick type/brand it's showing 10GB as 2GB is hardware reserved for something, might be Graphics (shows the Hardware reserved at the bottom)

Thanks for answering. Why do you think it's showing 8GB of ram in the left column, and "10GB unknown" in the right, but I'm supposed to have 12GB? It's correctly stated in CPU-Z.

That makes sense, thanks for the explanation. Why do you think it's showing 8GB of ram in the left column, and "10GB unknown" in the right, but I'm supposed to have 12GB? It's correctly stated in CPU-Z.
