Why isnt My AIO Cooler working?

Intel Core i3 6300 (Skylake)
MSI GAMING GTX 950
Gigabyte H170-D3HP ATX LGA-1151 Motherboard
Corsair CX600 PSU
8Gb DDR4 Memory

So I recently Bought a Cooler Master MasterLiquid LC240E RGB AIO water cooler, And everything seems to be in order, but Im getting really bad readings when it comes to temperature. Im getting up to about 80-90 Degrees Celsius when the load is only around 30-40%. I know my cpu is pretty cheap but I think id get a better temperature than the standard fan It comes with.

Make sure pump is running at full speed. Where do you have pump and fans connected to ?

Did you apply thermal paste? If so, was it applied properly?

Make sure pump is running at full speed. Where do you have pump and fans connected to ?

The fans require 2 different connectors to work. Since it’s rgb they go though a controller then directly to a 4 pin connector from my power supply. And the other connectors go to the CPU fan slot.

And I definite used thermal paste but I might have used to much. But I can’t tell since the water cooler takes up a lot of space.
