Question Why isnt my motherboard not posting after inserting 2 more ram sticks

Hello its me again
i have another problem
i have intel dh55tc mobo lga 1156 with i3 540 and 4gb ram rn

i have 2 sticks of 2 oem ddr3 hp sticks and when i insert another samsung 1333mhz stick and my hyper x 1600 mhz stick then it wont post and without hyperx stick it just start bootloop and i cant seem to be find a problem

and to add it dosent post with hyper x and it bootloops when using the samsung stick
