Question Why isn't my system posting?

I recently just upgraded my PC from an AMD FX-8350 to a R5 3600. I put all my parts in and connected everything to the right places. However, when I started it up, I wasn't getting any post display and can't even get into bios. Any help?

Specs: AMD R5 3600, Asus ROG Strix B450 (with bios updated), Teamgroup T-force 16gb 3200mhz ram, XFX RX 5600xt, 1 tb hdd + 240gb ssd, EVGA 500w PSU.
