[SOLVED] Why isn't the October 2020 update not showing up on the Windows Update?

I did not receive the update but I only have the October 14, 2020 update not the October 20, 2020 update installed. I have been waiting for weeks to happen but it didnt work.

Two reasons:

• there is a piece of hardware / software which is in the current "Known not to work with this release"
• your turn did not came yet (Microsoft are staggering the release in order to smooth the load on their servers).

You can always download this version off Microsoft sift, prepare USB/DVD and start upgrade from there.

I totally misread question and thought you said you hadn't received the 2 updates you mentioned...

click on top link, download the update assistant. let it run and it will tell you if you can upgrade now and it will also install it for you - https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
