Why isn't windows 10 booting?

Ok so i built my pc, and about a month later i decided to install and lcd fan controller. Then the the next day my pc would turn on, but windows wouldn't pop up my tv showed it was getting a signal, but it was just a black screen.
I'm able to go into BIOS but nothing else so I'm wondering if its an issue with the ssd, or windows 10, any ideas? also i took the fan controller out because i thought that might've been causing a problem

Check and make sure you didn't jar something loose to keep it from posting. Do you get the post beep or do you have more than one beep at start up. If you get the normal post beep use the install disk and run through the start up repair. It may be something simple that will get repaired by that. If not tell us what other symptoms it has and we will help you out.
