[SOLVED] Why L1 cache speed of my 12700kf is so low

My system is Windows 11, and I closed all possible appications and disabled Windows Defender
Then i tried to reboot in Safe Mode and the result was normal

So anyone ever encountered this problem? What may cause this?

OK I found it was the Defender's isolating protection for Edge cause this problem, disable it and all seems good now
