Question Why log in PlayStore application and lose network connection?

Hi everybody.
I have downloaded the PlayStore app to my device.
But just login and lose network connection.
Don't know why.
I check out the average of the application afterwards.
Probably the wireless network.
Instead, I downloaded the apk mod on TechSuspect. Seeing very good quality.
Who used the app can share with me and everyone?

What device?

What Playstore app?

Does only that app fail or do other login attempts via other applications fail?

When network connection fails or is lost are there any pop-up windows, error messages, error codes etc.?

Who has full administrative rights to your home network's router? You may need help from that person.
