[SOLVED] Why lowering the monitor refresh-rate to lower than 144hz makes the image look washed out ?

As the title says lowering the refreshrate on my monitor (Asus mg278q) makes the image washed out, why this happens? on my previos monitor this happend when i would increas the refreshrate? any help
p.s i checked for the profiles on the monitor thats not the case.

Check the out put color depth. The refresh rate may have changed the bpc or dynamic range.

I did everything is as on 144hz where colors are good, this is really weird issue all previus monitors i have tried would loose picture color/quality when increasing refresh rate this is 1st time i encounter in reverse .

Its Asus Mg278q WQHD 144hz TN panel but i found the issue, it was the G-Sync i disabled gsync and color are good, it seem it was the problem with the VRR

Make sure the output dynamic range is set to full.
