Question why mafia 2 can not be installed?

Why i can not install mafia 2 completely in my pc?
When installing, a pop up appears after 87% installation, having following msg-
"An error occurred while unpacking: file does not match checksum!
Unarc.dll returned an error code:- 12
Error: C:\Programme files\vickgames\Mafia two. CRC failed.

I searched on internet and apply a lot of solution but could't solve the problem.
My pc specs are,
Os: windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
Processor: i5 3.2ghz intel core (TM)
Ram: 6gb
Graphic card: (integrated) intel HD graphic with 1.5 gb memory
Dedicated video memory: 256mb
HDD: 1 TB with 100 gb available space in C: drive

I have already tried these method:-
Setup compatibility mode and run as administrator disabling antivirus
Replaced isdone.dll and unarc.dll files from internet,
Redownloading files (files are partially winrar file),
DISK clean up,
Installation in safe mode,
