[SOLVED] Why my 3000 Mhz RAM (HX430C15PB3K2/16) works on 2400 Mhz? Is it defective?

but in BIOS and after update my BIOS I see that works in DDR4-2400 mode.

RAM: HX430C15PB3K2/16
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B350M-A
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 not OC
