[SOLVED] Why my Computer is not booting?

For the past few months I am facing a very weird problem with my Desktop. It does not boot but its CPU fan and Cabinet Fan are running, but the processor led doesn't blinks. I took it to the shop from and they sent the Motherboard for repairing as it was in warranty. But again after one month I faced the same issue. This time when I took it to shop they removed and reinstall RAM, checked the External Graphics Card and suddenly again the computer started working. Again the next day it stopped working. I kept it aside for few days as I had some office work. But when I again switched it on after a week , it started working. It worked fine for three days, then same isuee again happened. Pls help me.
