Nearly once a week, my computer freezes, on whatever program that I am, the screen freezes and I continue watching the program that I had opened. I don't know if it is because of the motherboard, the cpu, the ram....So, any solution? My computer is:
-Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. 970A-DS3P
-CPU: AMD FX-6300
-GPU: NVIDIA 1050ti(msi)
-RAM: 8gb DDR3 937 Mhz
-DISK: 931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1ER162 (SATA)

Solution
Only the CPU temp is high, which is at 76C, the rest are fine. You may try reseat the CPU cooler. And update the AMD chipset driver, then check the temp again, if it still is same, that is the problem.

Also how many fans are there in that case? One or three?
First did you have the win10? check this out: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-5250229/Microsoft-halts-AMD-chip-Meltdown-patches-PCs-freeze.html

Or
1) Check the RAM with MemTest86 https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm
2) update all the drivers, like chipset http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064
3) Use DDU uninstall the GPU driver in safe mode, then reinstall the driver again. DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
4) Go into BIOS, hardware monitor or pc health monitor section, to check the +3.3V, +5V, and +12V. You want to see those voltages are within +/- 5%, like +3.3V, you want to see it will be within 3.1V-3.5V range. Otherwise the PSU is not good.
5) The fx6300 has the safe CPU temp at 60C, so what cpu cooler did you have? and how about the case, is it the power supply bottom mounted type or not? The bottom-mounted design has better air flow.
6) may check the OS by SFC ( System file check) https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/system-file-check-sfc-scan-and-repair-system-files/bc609315-da1f-4775-812c-695b60477a93

there are 3 fans on the case and one above the cpu, but it is true that the temperature of the cpu is high, i will change it, the rest is fine, because the GPU has 2 fans, and the motherboard is at 35 degrees

That one is fine, because the cooler is 160mm in height, the case can support up to 161mm cooler. And the cooler can use for the AM3+ MB, the ga 970a ds3p is the AM3+ socket MB. https://www.cclonline.com/product/205608/CIT-GFORCE-BLKGRN/Cases/CiT-G-Force-ATX-Gaming-Case-Black-w/-Green-LED-Fans/CAS2595/

For the connection, the MB has the 4-pin cpu_fan header, when you take off the old cooler you will see where it is. Just plug the fan 4-pin connector into that cpu_fan header. Also you make check the youtube for how to install the cooler.

From Cooler Master http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-212-led/ this one is for intel. You may check out the one for AMD too, and don't use too much thermal compound, just use the same amout in the CM video, if you use too much, the cooling performance will be bad.

Here is for AMD https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vO4yokgcOY4
