Question Why my cpu is getting hotter like more than 90°C during startup?

I just upgraded my system with ryzen 7 5800X and im using an AIO cooler that's deepcool le720(360mm). Power supply is 750watt and my motherboard is asrock B550M steel legend. I have two rams and a hybrid storage system. I don't know what's the issue...the pumps are working. I just upgraded it and it's happening from yesterday. Can anyone help?

Are you sure you installed/mounted pump correctly ? Removed sticker from contact surface ? That happens even to pros. Paste applied and everything fastened down ?
