Question Why my display behaving like this?

Recently, I bought a rx 570 and after installation, I played smoothly on my old windows. I reinstalled my windows and when I play and try to do other task the screen becomes fuzzy and I have to restart the computer. First it showed over cpu temp then I applied thermal paste on my cpu and temp decreased. Now it's happening again and cpu temp is normal. I also tried reinstalling the gpu driver, the problem remains.

Probably faulty graphics card.
